What’s the advantage of utilizing your TrafficPro system instead of using an outside freight auditing and payment company?
Performing freight auditing and payment in-house allows companies to maintain control of this function. It also allows companies to pay carriers directly, rather than transferring funds to a payment company. And there are no ongoing auditing and payment fees.
We don’t have EDI capabilities. Can we still use the system?
EDI communication between your carriers and the TrafficPro system is set up and maintained by us, so your company does not have to be EDI–capable
Will you instruct us on how to use the system?
We’ll conduct an on-site training session for all users during product installation. The system also has context-sensitive help built in. And additional support is only a phone call away.
Who maintains the carrier rates and makes necessary changes?
We perform rate maintenance as part of our ongoing product support. Some companies want to maintain their rates themselves. In those cases, we’ll show you how to add new rates and modify existing rates.
Can I audit UPS and FedEx shipments?
You’ll be able to process your parcel shipments at the package level and check for rate errors and duplicate invoicing.
Is there a time and resource commitment required from our IT department to interface the TrafficPro system into our existing operating systems?
The TrafficPro system is easily interfaced with existing shipping and accounting systems, so requirements from your IT personnel are minimal.
How much does the system cost?
Pricing for the TrafficPro system is based on a number of factors including the number of carriers to be audited and paid, number of users, etc. However, pricing is usually in the $50K - $100K range.
